We didn’t set out to start a catering company – just to cook good food for the people we love. What began as weekend gatherings, birthday parties, and holiday dinners soon turned into something more. Friends told friends, word spread, and before we knew it, we were turning our kitchen passion into a full-time job.
We believe food should bring people together. Whether it’s a backyard BBQ, a wedding reception, or a Tuesday office lunch, every event deserves great food, good vibes, and zero stress. That’s where we come in!
We’re a small but mighty team that cares deeply about flavor, freshness, and making people smile. Our menus are made with love, customized for your event, and always served with a personal touch. No cookie-cutter packages here – just honest food that fits your style.

Sadie Cannon
Founder + Director of Delicious
Sadie first discovered her love and passion for cooking in her teen years. Now with 15+ years of culinary experience, she brings serious passion to every dish she creates.
Sadie started out cooking for family and friends just for fun, but her knack for turning casual meals into memorable feasts quickly turned into a career. From perfecting crowd-pleasers to dreaming up unique menu items for special events, she’s all about making sure every bite is just right.
When she’s not in the kitchen(which is rare), you’ll find her at home with her husband, homeschooling their 6 kiddos, sipping coffee of any sort, and writing(she just published her first book in February 2025!)
Owen Cannon
Events + Eats Enthusiast
Owen brings both creativity and calm to the chaos of event days. Whether he’s prepping food, juggling logistics, or making sure every element is in its place, Owen keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Owen often brings new flavor + recipe ideas to the table, with his passion for taste-testing in full swing when we experiment and try out new recipes.
When he’s not on duty here at F+B, Owen can be found outdoors, building + working on projects with their kids, running his own small business, and enjoying family life!
Ruby Harris
Smiles + Service Specialist
Ruby is one of the smiling faces you’ll see at our events, making sure every guest feels welcome + cared for. With a background in hospitality and serving at large gatherings, she goes above and beyond to deliver the kind of service that turns a good event into a great one.
Whether it’s keeping the energy upbeat or stepping in before anyone has to ask, Ruby knows that the little things make a big difference. Her fun presence + attention to detail help keep everything running smoothly – so hosts can relax and guests can focus on having a great time.
When not serving at events, Ruby can be found sipping coffee at her favorite local coffee shops, designing clothing for herself and others, and creating amazing YouTube content + tutorials!
